Annual Safety Report 2012
This is the eighth Annual Safety Report (previously named the Progress Report).
It contains information on the AAIB’s activity during 2011 and Safety Recommendations submitted to the Secretary of State by the Air Accidents Investigation Branch (AAIB).
Included in the report are all the Safety Recommendations made by the AAIB in 2011 including the responses to those recommendations received up to and including 30 June 2012 and those recommendations categorised as open from previous years where the category has changed and/or significant additional information has been received.
