Summary:
During a pleasure flight in good weather conditions the aircraft was observed to enter a spin to the right from which it did not recover. The pilot and passenger both sustained injuries from which they latter died. Despite extensive investigation, the cause of the accident could not be established. The pilot was found to have had two medical conditions: a meningioma (tumour on the brain) and coronary artery disease. Either of these conditions could have caused a brief period of incapacitation, though there was no evidence to substantiate a theory that either condition was causal.
